We know choosing a GP practice is an important decision. Our aim is to provide friendly, accessible and responsive care for our local community.
Most registrations are processed on the same working day. We can generally offer an appointment or a call from a clinician on the day you register. If your problem is urgent, please also call us so we can make sure you’re directed to the right care.

Who can register
Anyone in England can register with a GP free of charge, whatever their nationality or immigration status. You can register even if you live outside our area. The one thing we cannot promise is a home visit if you live a long way from Higham Hill Road, so if you are likely to need visits, a practice nearer you may serve you better.
You do not need:
- proof of address
- photographic identification
- an NHS number
- proof of immigration status
If you are staying in the area for less than three months, you can register with us as a temporary patient and stay registered with your usual practice.
