You can also call us or visit the surgery during opening hours, and our reception team can help if you cannot use the online form.

Our team will review your request and direct you to the most appropriate person or service. You may receive help from a GP, nurse, physiotherapist, dietitian, psychologist or another appropriate healthcare professional.
What happens next?
Our team will review the information you provide and decide the most appropriate next step. Depending on your needs, this may include:
- advice by message or telephone
- a face-to-face appointment
- a telephone consultation
- a prescription
- referral to another service
- an appointment with another member of our multidisciplinary team
Submitting an online request does not automatically mean you will need to see a GP.
