Charges for private letters, forms, reports and medicals not covered by the NHS.
All patient information
Some services are not covered by our contract with the NHS and therefore attract a charge. Fees are based on the British Medical Association's suggested scales, and our reception team will be happy to advise you about the current charge and appointment availability.
Payment is taken before the work is completed, and we will tell you the expected timescale when you make the request.
