The NHS operates a zero-tolerance policy on violence and abuse. The practice has the right to remove a violent patient from its list with immediate effect in order to safeguard staff, patients and other people.

Violence in this context includes actual or threatened physical violence, and verbal abuse that leads someone to fear for their safety.

We ask everyone to treat our team with the same courtesy and respect that we aim to show you, in person, on the telephone and online.
