Travel vaccinations in Walthamstow

If you are travelling abroad, our nursing team can give the travel vaccinations that are available on the NHS, and tell you where to go for the ones that are not.

What we offer

  • A travel risk assessment based on where you are going and what you will be doing
  • NHS travel vaccinations we are able to provide at the surgery
  • Advice on malaria risk, food and water safety and staying well while away
  • Details of local travel clinics for vaccinations that are not available on the NHS

Some travel vaccinations, such as yellow fever, are not provided on the NHS and are only available privately.

Who it is for

Registered patients of all ages who are planning to travel outside the UK. Please contact us as early as you can, ideally at least six to eight weeks before you travel, because some vaccinations need more than one dose.

Not registered with us yet? Register online in about five minutes.

How to request travel vaccinations

1. Tell us your plans

Send an online request during practice hours with the countries you are visiting, your travel dates and the type of trip.

2. Or call us

Call 020 8527 2677 Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.

3. Come in for your jabs

We will let you know which vaccinations you need, how many appointments to expect and anything you need to arrange privately.
