Contacting us online

The easiest way to contact Higham Hill Medical Centre is through our secure online consultation service. It is monitored during our opening hours only. You can use it to request help with a new or ongoing medical problem, request an appointment, ask an administrative question, request a fit note, discuss test results, ask about a referral, request medication advice, or contact us on behalf of someone you care for.

Our team reviews every request during practice hours and directs it to the most appropriate person or service. Submitting an online request does not automatically mean you will need to see a GP.
